does that make them bad players?

anyone who wouldnt want the sedins on their favorite hockey team are hockey stupid. Again, we dont like them for all the dramatics but they are fucking solid.

I didn't say they weren't great players... but I'm still happy that Boston won?

I wouldn't trade Toews and Kane or Toews and Sharp or Toews and anyone for the Sedins.

Both are solid hockey players but Kesler has more balls than both of em.

I was going to argue that 2 + 2 > 2, until I realized that 0's should be representing the Sedin sisters, not 2's.

Thus 0 + 0 < 2

They're talented hockey players. Not great ones.

And no, I wouldn't want them on my favorite team.

So David Toews is this generation's Jeff Larmer as far as the Hawks go.

The "In the genes" thing generally doesn't work, especially with siblings unless you are talking Sutters, (or Bobby and Dennis Hull) just ask Brent Gretzky.

That being said- this isn't really that big of a deal; just don't expect too much.

Sedins... they're good players, damned good really, however I don't think that they are the central guys that you can buold a team around - those have to be either clear cut superstars like Crosby, or solid 2 way guys like Toews. Personally, I don't have a problem with them - although I wouldn't move anyone on the Hawks to get them, as they are a little too one dimensional.

I hate them too but the twins can play hockey.

Though, Henrik shouldn't have never been named captain.

The Sedins are damned good players. They're also douchebags I don't want on my team.

Done.

Ehhhh, I'm not so sure of that. He really backed down after calling Ladd a coward.

The guy was a beast in the playoffs this year with an injury that required surgery when the season ended. He has plenty of balls and I wouldn't even say he really backed down from Ladd.

To me, Kesler is one of those guys that is a winner. He works his ass off and will never hurt your team if he doesn't get on the score sheet. He creates so much in the defensive end. He is in a category with Toews in my eyes in terms of what he brings to every game and his defensive/offensive attributes. I still rank Toews ahead of him, but they are in the same category to me.
