To me, Kesler is one of those guys that is a winner. He works his ass off and will never hurt your team if he doesn't get on the score sheet. He creates so much in the defensive end. He is in a category with Toews in my eyes in terms of what he brings to every game and his defensive/offensive attributes. I still rank Toews ahead of him, but they are in the same category to me.

Kesler became annoyed when asked what he expected from Ladd.

“Not much out of the ordinary,” Kesler said. “I don’t think he’s going to take it any farther, that’s just the player he is.

“I’m not calling him a coward either. You guys like to twist my words a lot.”

But Kesler did call Ladd a coward.

^ Well I don't feel so bad- your basic going to the boards- then realize too late that someone mistook which way you were going and in an instant *boom*.

It makes me miss ice rinks ... I remember in a public skate once getting lost in my headphones, decided to crossover once to the right and then with the next step to the left ( only kinda fast) ... with some guy in front of me skating backwards, watching my feet trying to anticipate which way I was going to go I guess -and well, he got his feet tangled up -and wiped out and I felt like a dh ...

I kinda feel for JT a bit, as I imagine that is the last thing anyone working with kids wants to have happen.
