From what I was able to gather on Twitter, the Teuvo scratch was not a benching of Teuvo, more just giving Bickell a chance to get back into the lineup.

I called this btw.... I knew Q would wind up giving Bigfoot more chances.

I'm going to be surprised if Bickell gets another chance in the next couple of weeks. I really think it is time to send him down to the AHL and call up someone from there. The cap hit will likely be a wash and Bickell will finally get some playing time. Maybe beating up on lesser competition, finally being away from the big club, etc will actually get him some confidence.
