Christ, there was one single turnover at 17:21, and if you call that a "bad turnover," you're really, really nitpicking. You surely can find something better to make your case against John Scott.

Scott had two blue line turnovers the next shift (right after the goal). They were both defensive ones.

I look for blueline turnovers. I hated Versteeg because of blueline turnovers.

When I coach I always stress blueline turnovers. They, just like faceoffs, are a very underrated part of the game in my opinion.

Scott turned the puck over those two times because he is a terrible hockey player. Just plain and simple. And yes, Frolik/Morrison would provide a whole lot more than Scott in my opinion.

Stalberg is playing very solid on the 3rd line.

He really helps Bolland out a lot offensively and when Stalberg uses his speed on the backcheck it is a huge plus. Just has to be a little smarter with his decisions at times which he has improved on dramatically this year, but still has a little ways to go.

Scott is a terrible hockey player. Frolik is a terrible hockey player. From what we've seen from Morisson, he's a terrible hockey player.

I know you'll disagree, but at least Scott can do one thing right that these guys can't.

I'll disagree big time on Frolik.

Frolik has been terrible offensively this year (still 100 times better than Scott) but Frolik is a very solid defensive player for this team. There is a reason why he is on the PK over others. He is great on the backcheck, always takes a hit to make the play, and is solid on the boards.

The one thing that Scott can do...he never gets to do because he is 6'8" and useless

I don't think I'd be bragging about any of our defensive forwards playing the pk for this team this year...or even equal strength defensively for that matter aside from Toews and Hossa, maybe Mayers.

I really, really disliked him watching Toews get lit up by Thornton. If he's not going to chip in offensively and be willing to take a hit to make a play as you say, ya think he could stand up for a teammate?

So the million dollar question...

Actually, the $750,000 question: why hasn't Lepisto been playing?
