I don't even have a job right now and I'm struggling to the extreme, so yeah, its a bit expensive. Please understand that. Its bad enough I'm selling some stuff as it is to get a chance at seeing the opportunity of a lifetime on Opening Night.
However, with all the places I have been to, not even Anaheim costed that much in the upper deck the year after the championship.
Either way, the prices are definitely not good for those like me out there who can barely make ends meet.[/quote]
Don't take offense to this, but, being iunemployed means sacrificing luxuries. Trust me, I was out of work for more than a year. Attending sporting events is way up there on the "needless expense" list. Along with going out to eat, going to the theatre, buying liquor, etc. Forty bucks isn't much at all if you're employed, and is much closer to the average NHL ticket price.
$40 is 1/3 of what people were charging for games last year against good teams... so....
