Carlos Boozer Game By Game Stats and Performance - Chicago Bulls - ESPN

There's Boozers stats for the season, notice he did have big games against the TWolves, Pistons, Cavaliers, Kings, and Raptors after the Bobcats injury.

Playoff basketball teams are much tougher than those opponents, and him being hurt from that injury, along with the sprain he suffered against Miami, injury to begin the year, he's been injured all year.

And those games are offset by games against teams like Miami, Boston, Memphis, etc. So spare me that junk. His avg, as mentioned, is a basis for comparison. Enough with the contortionism.

Not only that, but both Rose and Noah have historically raised their games and performed in the playoffs while playing against higher seeds.

2 double doubles and 1 12 pt game and 1 11 rebound game is garbage. OK. It's just mindless bashing to say he's been playing like garbage in the whole playoffs.

Its the fact that those are high water marks. Look at his avg in the playoffs. Its also his shooting % and the fact that his defense sucks and its been so bad that it has put Noah in foul trouble at times. And a lot of his bad defense has been effort.

These are things that I have said in this thread

Noah seems to have another level in the playoffs, and Boozer doesn't

Noah always steps up his game in the playoffs. Since Boozer isn't as energetic as Noah is, his numbers will go down anyways. On top of that, as mentioned earlier, he's been playing injured pretty much all season. The playoffs haven't been good to Boozer, but despite his foot injuries, he's averaging 9 and 9 a game, not the numbers his salary is worth, but not as bad as fans make it out to be either.

I admitted that those teams Boozer had good games against were NOT playoff caliber teams. I admit that what you said in your last paragraph here is correct.

Now will you just admit that Boozer isn't playing that badly. He's not living up to his contract, but being injured he's not doing too bad.

How can you say that it's a high water mark after 7 playoff games?

As I mentioned earlier, Boozer will never be known for his defense.

How about me? My track record even displays that I didn't think Boozer was the best FA for this team, I knew the injuries would happen, and that was another reason why he was a bad signing, he's pushing 30 with potentially his best years behind him(unless he somehow pulls a grant hill, and becomes reliable at the end of his career), I was attacking him left and right.

But you know what? What the hell does it accomplish in the playoffs? When we have a legitimate shot at winning a title, what the hell does Boozer bashing do? When he is currently hurt, why are we going to dwell on the games where he was potentially healthy in the playoffs?

Do you think mob rule is going to change the minutes he plays at this point and time? Or do you think support will maybe, just maybe, help him and this team?

It gets old, and if/when we get knocked out of the playoffs, we can use Boozer as the scapegoat all day long. Then I can give a rats ass, because I'll be right there with you, but right now, other than a few jabs, it's freaking pathetic. Just give a dog a bone.

Boozer sucked against the Pacers because he struggles against length & size. He's always been like that. Notice in that series, when he wasn't in foul trouble, the majority of his scores came when Hibbert was on the bench. Boozer isn't playing well, but I'm with Crystallas on this, I don't see any point in heaping onto the guy when he's clearly not 100% & is trying his hardest out there. It's not like he's Pau Gasol, who dropped off a cliff against the Mavs for no discernible reason.

So, Phil deserves to be associated with that ugly display but Boozer deserves the kid glove treatment? You contradict yourself. Boozer doesnt deserve not to be booed anymore than blah, blah, blah. Theres a difference between saying something provocative and saying something that doesnt make sense.

He's playing, no?

"Bashing", "mob rule"...you're big on the labeling. I assume you're easily manipulated by labeling and think others are as well. Guess again.

If Boozer doesnt want to be booed, he needs to play better. If Boozer plays well, the crowd will cheer. Thats how it works. Negative re-inforcement has its place. If Boozer doesnt like the booing, let him do something about it other than unleash his team of apologists on message boards.

Youre an unbelievable apologist.

The first person to make personal claims in an argument has lost the argument.

I don't know how many times I have to say this, but I'm NOT happy with the way Boozer is playing and I don't think anyone here, or any Bulls fan or even Carlos himself is happy. The fact is, though he is under producing, he is still averaging nearly a double double, and under any circumstances, that is a good stat to have.

How about you look at Luol Deng's stats? His scoring went down and he's perfectly healthy. Let's bash him again. But, no, he's all of a sudden the glue that holds this team together.
