So.....Brewer's option declined by the Bulls for 4.4mil. People whine and complain that the Bulls and GarPax are clueless. Then he signs with another team amongst the 29 remaining teams in the league....for 1.4mil...

Only issue is having all those guys healthy at the same time...If they can get Chandler, Camby, Brewer, and Shumpert on the floor at the same time for long stretches, then WOW. They could make a run at a few records for shot-clock era PPQ and such.
I thought the 26.1% loophole was closed by the last CBA? The Bulls wouldn't be able to sign Brewer for anything less than a 26.1% increase over the prior season, regardless if the option was picked up or not.
