The Bulls honestly need a superstar SF to match LeBron and Paul George in the East. There are quite a few potential in this upcoming draft, but they'll be gone right away. Marcus Smart would be a good player to either play PG or SG. But again, this is Top 5 lottery picks we're talking about.
