my feed wasn't great, but wasn't taj on aldridge must of the night?

Taj was A+ on Aldridge off the post. In the post, Aldridge dominated EVERYONE.

I'm not sure who this is directed towards, but I have a counterpoint to slip in(one I made earlier.)

If you are getting phantom foul calls, ticky tacky crap called, and flat out whistles that aren't happening on the other end of the court. Can you(if you put yourself into these players shoes for a second) maintain the level of intensity and defense needed to hold a team under 100 without fouling out or causing/getting injury.

I can't because I suck at basketball, in the past the Bulls have shown they can. You're going to have nights where the whistles go against you, especially on the road. That doesn't excuse leaving the best player on the other team open.

i know no one cares but here's a stat. rose is shooting 49% if you don't factor in three point attempts. only 44.5% with the three pointers.

And you're going to have nights where Carlos Boozer has to guard his man. I agree, the Bulls let it happen, but I can't see how time and time again, the Bulls can't be a little more "diva" and a little less hard-hat to match the intensity. If you're on pace to foul out to soon, the bottom line is that your going to change the way you guard players.

49% of 2 pointers works out to 0.98 pts per attempt. Rose has made 37% of his 3 pointers this season. That's 1.11 points per attempt.

He should probably shoot more 3 pointers, and drive to the hoop more. He's making 82.5% of his free throws, or 1.65 pts per shooting foul.

Easier said than done. You take the best shots that you can get.

I think he probably shoots about the right amount of threes, if he takes more he'll hurt his percentage, that percentage includes the open ones he gets as catch and shoot shots that he makes at a pretty good rate. I'd bet the ones where he tries to create a three off the dribble he's nowhere near 37% on.

Obviously if he gets fouled he scores efficiently, but trying to get fouled often results in a turnover or missed shot if you don't get the call. It's all well and good to say drive more, but you need room to do it, driving into multiple defenders is not a good play.

and terrible defense once again. We allow another team to score over hundred points. that, is not the Bulls defensive way of doing things. they got to the free-throw line way too much. Luol deng was horrible to start the game, Keith bogans was garbage, he only scored zero points. And to wrap it all up. Coach thibs played him more minutes than he did korver. In my opinion, coach thibs get a f for this game.

No communication on the defensive end, no rythm in our offense.. Boozer played like he had 5 fouls.

Normally mild-mannered Nicolas Batum was more succinct about Rose: "He's a great offensive player. He can't play defense."

Man this game is tough. No defense at all. Plus a combined 2 points from shitty Bogans and Kurt Thomas isn't going to help anyone. And it seems like LMA always kills the damn bulls. Boozer's 'screaming defense' isn't doing shit to stop anyone. They need Noah back badly for his defense.

2 Games in a row Boston loses and we had chance to gain ground against Teams we should beat... and we fail.

no, but things are going badly so you can use bogans as a scapegoat. thibs said why change what works.

i think that jo will help in games like these. first he can hang with LA. plus he brings energy to the team, even in road games in february against middling teams. we're missing that.

You can use anyone as a scapegoat when things are going badly, doesn't solve the problem...

We're really missing Noah.. He developed a consistent offensive game and a great defensive game right before he got injured. Sucks alot, Boozer doesn't play defense at all, or at least Ben Gordon played better defense while he was in Chicago. SMH.

the bulls offense was predictable and stale. The blazers had an offense that we couldn't stop. I think there's a big difference between saying, we couldn't score and our offense was poorly run. Derrick rose had a monster night. He played like a super star. he made shots that he really shouldn't have. He generated contact. he shot clutch shots. He did alot. It's unreasonable to ask him to do that consistently. Our offense was bad. Derrick rose was just really good.

we had problems defending the LA miller pick and roll. We should have let miller try to score, but we helped off LA. our defense sucked, but our offense isn't as amazing you guys are making it out to be.
