Bulls won... but the refs were inexcusably terrible.

I literally just stated facts. Although I do agree with you on the Jordan stuff. Just got done writing something similar in another thread.

Actually you didn't literally state facts. You listed the "most egregious" calls. Most egregious is subjective. Though many might agree with you, the absence of objective measure of "most" makes it neither fact or literal (since there's no objective way to be certain what the most egregious calls were. Also, people generally remember more calls in the 2nd half than the first have. So this presents an inherent problem regarding completeness).

Here is the Reffing issue that bugged me the most; the ref's explanation about D. Rose throwing himself into other players and that isn't a foul. However, Lebron does it all day long and it is a foul. That's what the announcers mentioned as to why D. Rose wasn't getting foul calls for like 5 straight halves, I think.

That bugs me. What is fair is fair. If you're not going to give D. Rose foul calls for launching himself into other players, than neither should Lebronski or anyone else.

That vine is nasty. I hate that type of play. it gives the NBA a bad name.

i only posted that since it illustrated my point really well about him running into players

theres even nastier ones

i think there should be a rule like a technical foul where the other team gets to shoot FT's if you get caught blatantly flopping like the video above...that will put a stop to it

I said the same thing in a different thread, launching yourself or initiating contact is all Lebron does. You are not going to call fouls on Rose for initiating contact, then the same needs to hold for Lebron.

Does anyone think Rose doesn't get as many calls because he's in the air when a lot of contact is made and it's harder to do a sell job through exaggerated mannerisms while you're in the air?

I saw a lot of questionable calls today against the Cavs. Do you guys still think the refs have an anti-Bulls agenda?

There were a lot of questionable calls against the Bulls too. Today the refs were just incompetent, Friday it was another story

Yup, a lot of bad calls against the Bulls as well. These refs simply suck. I think they probably would have trouble doing long division, let alone orchestrating and cooperating in a conspiracy.

Bron bron was smashed before the game winner. I'm one to let players play on but that was a mugging. Him hitting the shot just adds to his glory. What a dick he is

You wanna talk about some special treatment that Lebron gets, but that offensive call on Lebron was pretty ballsy to make.

LeBron really got zero special treatment down the stretch in that game.

Offensive fouls called on him and then the non-call when Noah whacked him when he drove in.

So you would say that there was an anti-Lebron bias by refs, and Lebron had to play 5 on 6?

I was shocked they called those offensive fouls on LeBron towards the end of the game. But he got mugged by Noah on the final play.

Now the refs missing Blatt's TO.... That's another story.

It's possible they really suck, but I don't believe a one footed Kyrie can draw more fouls than Derrick Rose. It's not consistent. Sure Lebron wasn't getting quite as many "superstar calls" in that game, but the whole Cavs team was basically shooting FTs all day. However, the Bulls, one of the best teams in the league at drawing fouls, only shot half as many. I doubt the bad calls evened themselves out in that particular game.

I don't blame the refs directly, but they did make that game a little more difficult on both teams. Whichever team lost would've had a legit beef with the officiating.
