Who are they calling up to play wing? I heard Kuc on The Score this morning saying that it should be interesting to see who they call up with Morin banged up.

Morin is still off at the WJC. He's listed day to day.

Evidently there will be a third "A" while JT is out... who do you think it will be?

Seabrook.

scratch that then you would have two A on the same pairing.

Good question I have no clue.

Cambpell has probably been the best Defender and is a previous Captain.

I was thinking Soups would be a good candidate too.

The team is already scratching 2 forwards. I don't see anyone getting the call.

Funny you bring that up. Hawks were playing D ass against San Jose, and Colorado for two games. Instantly Pisani returns with Johnson and that game disappears. Both PIsani and Johnson are out of the line up last night, our D nightmare resumes.

Too coincidental for me.

Noticed that too, eh? I said the same after the Columbus when they were a gong show for the first 1/2 of the game.

I noticed that as well. Those guys are more important than their stat sheets may indicate.

I thought I remember Seabrook wearing it when Sharp was hurt for a few games last year or the year before.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Fire
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Team really needs to pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

A disastrous seven game stretch might be the death knell to their playoff hopes.

Yeah, looking at the standings, they are going to need some help I fear if they don't keep the momentum going.

I hope with the gap in center, they bring Johnson back into the fold. I've been extremely impressed by his play. Especially on the penalty kill, since Toews leaves us down a big-time PK guy.

I'm just pissed nobody went after D'Asshole on the Blues. Sorry, but you can't let guys take liberties with your captain like that, especially a guy who is the heart of the team in Toews. I don't know if it's lack of team toughness, or the pussification of the NHL lately.

I agree... you can thank the instigator rule for that. It appeared the Hawks didn't want to go on the PK in a tight game. But given the circumstances I would have loved to see someone grab him and pummel him regardless of consequence...
