Though we've already discussed it at length, It was a big deal. It's dumb, it's not safe, and it's not putting the team first. It was immature, and it should never happen. He gets one pass for doing it b/c no one gives two shits about the Cubs this year and b/c he's so young. If it ever happens again in his career, it will be talked about for weeks by sports outlets.

Actually we did quite well with Castro. The issue is he's out and about quite a bit and people usually don't get duplicate autos. Once you get a player it is very unlikely you go out again for one.

We thought about it with Urlacher at one point but decided against it.

I give Castro ALOT of credit in bot of 8th inning today. just 1 hit away from 200 and he takes a walk. He could have easily tried to extend his strike zone for that hit
