He does have a lazy spell in him though, or at least occasional ADD. Do you not remember the ESPN game a little while back when he wasn't paying attention?
But cocky is NOT a word I word use for him.
That being said, he has a hell of a career ahead of him.

I think the problem is that he makes things look so easy with his fielding that when he makes an error, it looks like he's being lazy with the ball when it's just his regular motions and he just sails the ball or something.
