30 pts, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, only 2 TOS. By far best player out there tonight.

Good enough?

Can't wait to see 2323's evaluation if he even shows at all. Probably complain he didn't get enough rebounds.

In all likelihood it'll be another "Just wait until he shoots under 35% again!"

ChiSoxCity is usually the one who only shows up when the Bulls struggle.

I was in high school when they were "popular" in the school scene. I fucking hated them then. I still do.

Ouch. That's turrible music to grow up on.

Thankfully during my HS years, I had the Smashing Pumpkins, Ministry, Local H, Veruca Salt, & the Jesus Lizard to listen to. The 90's were a great time for the Chicago music scene.

It was his best game by a significant margin. He shot 50% and didn't settle for 3s. He had decent but not great assist numbers, but Noah also had a lot of assists, so the ball was moving around. Even Gasol, who was 6/16 was taking quality shots. Rose was excellent tonight in decision making. That layup right before the half that pushed the lead back to double digits meant a lot. Ironically, it was Brooks who at times seemed determined to shoot the Cavs back into the game.

Aside from Rose, a number of other players looked better tonight. Mirotic and Snell each made soul crushing threes, which should be good for their confidence. Hopefully, they continue to stay involved and don't lose their way. And hopefully Thibs uses them properly.

Some things concern me, especially in a potential series. Irving didn't shoot great but he got a lot of lay ups. Mozgov seems like he might also pose problems playing off of LeBron and Kyrie.

Snell had a wonderful game. He is really coming on. He sort of resembles the progress that Butler made last year doesn't he? I guess if I were Mirotic or McDermott I'd feel some great hope that Thibs has some idea of how to develop his guys, eh?

Straw man. That hasn't been my position. Either learn how to read or stop making stuff up. Quite honestly, the 35% nights don't bother me as much when it's something like 3/10. It's the 8/24s. There are too many guys on the offense who are capable of getting it going. It shouldn't be necessary to shoot yourself Ito 8/24.

Lebron looked to be in the worst shape of his life. He looked way too heavy. He looked way slow. I think that he probably is going to have maybe three good years left in his career. He, right now is a power forward's body trying to play in front. It will not work for much longer. The stretch 2's and 3's are going to stay in front of him like happened tonight and he is going to wear down.

Excellent win tonight. Rose has now put together his two best games of the season, back to back. This is a great sign heading into the All-Star break. Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley, & Shaq had a litany of excuses for why the Cavs & Lebron struggled, yet I didn't hear one mention of the fact that the Bulls were playing the game without THEIR LEADING SCORER & Lebron stopper Jimmy Buckets. :smh:

And for everyone who has been hating on Snell all season, you are going to continue to be eating crow for the rest of it. Tony Snell has officially arrived. Back to back efficient 20+ point performances with excellent defense & a wealth of confidence that you can see oozing from his pores now.

Let's keep this type of play going & run the table on the league after the break! :bullbang:

WTF Tony Snell. Second straight game shooting 9/11. Wow. Mad props to him. Hope he keeps that confidence the rest of the year...he may be the only true 3&D player we have on the team, but he'd be a huge asset if he can keep taking quality shots like he has been.

Also, Doug got a minute of PT. YAY!

Snell has potential. He's similar to luol but a little smoother athlete. I forget what I said his ceiling is previously but I think he's capable of being a little better than luol. In the right situation that is.

Music.. Moody blues used to be a bulls staple during timeouts back in the day. They are / were huge in Chicago. I like older music I'm not as old as the moody blues but the nirvana era was killer in high school

Bulls killed em

I never was one that thought Snell was garbage, I felt like he lacked confidence and therefore had no desire to get the ball. It looks like that has changed. Great to see a player go through what he has and continue to put the work in.
