Voting: #5 Seed

Please select the team you think wins the number 5 seed. You can select 2 teams that are not your team. If there is a clear cut winner and a 2nd place team the 2nd place team will take the 6th seed. Also when you vote make sure you give an explanation of why you chose the teams you did, it wont really be required here, but when playoff matchups start it will be required, it's only fair to the GM's to counter argue their team.

Anaheim Ducks

Colorado Avalanche

Dallas Stars

Nahville Predators

Ottawa Senators

Phoenix Coyotes

Toronto Maple Leafs

Vancouver Cancks

Updated. Also when playoff match-ups begin you must give an explanation of why you picked the team you did, there have been 2 or 3 teams who missed out on good seeding because of bad voting/friendships. These type of things make the game not fun, and will turn away new participants

i went with dallas and colorado, i Liked dallas in the last round of voting and i think the team is very solid. I like colorado's solid team and i think any team with crosby jimmy howard and ducan keith are going to get some wins for ya the supporting cast on the 2-3 lines is very underrated.

This is a good idea because, as a representative of the Kings, there would definitely be some line-up changes we would be interested in making depending on our match-up.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  2. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Fire
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Chicago State Cougars
  2. DePaul Blue Demons
  3. Illinois-Chicago Flames
  4. Loyola Ramblers
  5. Northern Illinois Huskies
  6. Northwestern Wildcats
B has an actual catcher and a dominant back end of the pen. Pierre>Ramirez at lead-off. B looks like it has a stronger middle of the order too. b has a better defensive outfield too, but Sori is > Pierre offensively.

But I think I gotta go with B.

I'm not involved, so I should probably shut my mouth, but it seems to me that the lineups are uneven in this match-up.

Team A has a NL lineup while B has an AL lineup.

I gotta go with b i think team b has a more complete lineup and the bullpen on team b i think is stronger too. Starting pitching is very close i would give team a the advantage to a there. I think they are very even teams just b will have a couple more wins because of the stronger bulpen and being able to shut down the game in the late innings.

Team A, the defense is better and starting pitching is a lot better, though Peavy is a MAJOR question mark, but Cashner I guess could be the #5 guy until Peavy is healthy enough to pitch. Bullpen is better on team B, but they don't get into as many games thanks to being dominated by Team A starting pitching.

Doh!

Then Peavy doesn't play at all and is a wasted pick
