The defense is going to look very good this week.
Go back and watch any of SD's games the past few weeks since the line has been a train wreck.. Rivers is playing in about a phone booth worth of space every snap.
Allen being out is going to hurt.
The run game does not exist- Gorden is indecisive and timid.

The only guy you have to worry about is woodhead making a good RAC.
Floyd and Gates are lesser versions of Jeffrey and Bennett... not going to get open and live and die on the jump ball.

Defensively, San Diego has an amazing skill... they can extend a drive via penalty with the best of them. My over/under of 3rd downs converted to first via SD penalties is 5.

San diego gets an early lead and squanders it, Bears win 24-21.

Good call

1 of 2 wins. Big fucking whoop. Even Serena Williams loses once in a while, or Tiger in his prime. Or any superior person/team. It happens. Get your homer shades off and try being a realist and admit we suck, are talent deprived, missing our best offensive player and historically suck on MNF, especially on the road.

The Bears current starting QB is now 10-5 with 26 TD & 11 INT on Monday nights with a 93.4 rating.

The Bears current QB is their best offensive player. Generally I judge best offensive player by the drop-off to the back up. With Cutler, we are a real offense, with Clausen, well, we aren't anything.

The Bears can compete and win without Forte, not so much without Cutler. He's the best player on the team.

clausen being a joke doesnt make cutler the best player on the team. lol

any decent backup QB could have won the same games cutlers won this season.

cutler plays the most important position so a drop off from mediocre at best to absolute shit makes a huge difference, but jeffery and forte are the best players on the team.

Normally I don't respond the the nonsense you regurgitate but this time its truly laughable. You're high as shit if you actually believe for even a second that "any decent backup QB" could lead the team to that many come back scores late in the game. Do you even realize that Cutler has 12 game winning TD scores since coming to Chicago in 2009? More than Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Eli Manning etc etc. which each have 8 if I remember correctly....and that number would be even higher if his defense wasn't complete shit at maintaining a lead when he's driven the team down the field for a score. But don't let facts get in the way of your derpin.

how can players who are so eminently replaceable be the best on the team? as compared to their peers and providing the value they do, it's still not near the value that Jay provides as compared to his peers at an important position as it pertains to winning football games. Jay is one of the top 12 QBs in the league this season, and he's proven it with his play and the fact that he's won with pretty much nothing. Against the Raiders, he won with a bunch of bad receivers and martellus bennett.

anything else is conjecture, especially with the criteria that you are using.
