Yeah, that was the rule stated as to why Prior was out when running into Giles in 2003... because Giles was going for the ball. A runner can't get knowingly get in the way of the fielder making a play or in the way of his throw.

Wow, Maxwell was barely half the way out in CF. Why would Sappelt run there? That would have been close even if Campana was running... and Sappelt is no where near as fast as Campana.

3 more weeks and we can finally move on from 2012 season. Sad thing is 1 yr from now we be saying same thing about 2013 :(

Sappelt tried to kill the Astros pitcher. Seemed like he avoided major damage though.
