Zillow is a fun toy, but don't base your idea of prices and such off of it. It gives you an idea, but it is nowhere near accurate.

I noticed thatsome by the fact that the estimated rest for one was 1350 but the actual listing is 1600... having said that, it's good to know I can offer 1350 and see what happens if I need to.
