Does anyone have a good white chicken chili recipe? Looking to mix it up.
I have one but it calls for Turkey not chicken so it might not be appropriate to share with you as it isn't exactly specificially what you are inquiring about. My room-mate has a chicken chili recipe but it is just horribly awful calling for canned chunk chicken meat which I think smells like cat food and as a matter of fact when I am cat sitting some weekends if the kitties are well-behaved I will crack open a can of that white meat chunk chicken and serve it to them as a treat for being good kitties, then my room-mate requires I replace what I have fed them.
I can substitute the turkey with chicken. Don't hold out on me Vash. Please share.
Dm me if you are interested.
Is it a secret recipe?
Does anyone else eat Cinnamon rolls with their Chili or is that just an Iowa thing? If not, I highly recommend it. You will never look back.
With a scoop of ice cream in the bowl, drizzled with maple syrup, now that's chili!
You're not in Iowa, you're on Mars.

Dude... Did you make sure others in iowa are doing it?
This is the recipe I went with:
2 lbs chicken thighs or breast
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 (15oz) cans great northern beans, undrained
1 (15oz) can white corn, drained
1 (1 1/4oz) packet of taco seasoning
1 (4 1/2oz) can of chopped green chilies, undrained
1 (10 3/4oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
shredded monterey jack cheese for topping
fresh jalapeno for topping for the ones that like a little more heat
Throw everything in the slow cooker except the sour cream and cheese. Cook on low 6-8 hours and stir in the sour cream before serving.
I'm contemplating throwing in some Cream cheese with the sour cream.
Did you get that online? Reads pretty good.
