Then first thing tomorrow morning Sigler is going to use this tweet as a basis for a click bait article about Johnson returning to the Lions.

Finally Montucky is going to make a series of posts about how Johnson's real reason for second thoughts is his concern about working for a black GM.

I'm guessing that's really any NFL HC's worst nightmare, a meddling owner and/or front office guy. Yet, for the last week, the narrative has been that Tom By God Brady's presence would pull Johnson to LV. But why would Johnson want Brady, as part of ownership, looking over his shoulder? Even if Brady wasn't intrusive, he'd be a distraction. I think more of Johnson for understanding that while he needs to work tightly with the GM, the owner & club president need to be kept away from football Ops for him to do his job most effectively. And yes, I'm looking at you, Kevin Warren...
