If we didn't have Crawford, we wouldn't have a game 7 Sunday.

Last night, I don't think Crawfords save % was even 90% but it was one of his best games. He wasn't shaky. He didn't let bad goals in. Plus he made a lot of quality saves with several coming rapid fire. I'll gladly take last nights save %.

Crawford isn't the best in the league, but he is good enough for us to win the Stanley Cup with, which makes him extremely valuable in my book.

That depends on how he plays going forward. He had a good game last night but if he plays poorly again in game 7, the "good enough" part of your post is untrue.

Not true....Crow already has a Stanley Cup in his back pocket. So he is "good enough" to win a Stanley Cup with no matter what happens on Sunday.

And let me say this, if Crawford didn't have the support of the entire staff/locker room, he wouldn't have stood tall to Jonathan Quick.

“What else am I supposed to say?” the Blackhawks captain said Friday. “He was a huge part of our win last year. He’s been a huge part of our team this year. I think everyone knows you can have all the forwards and (defensemen) in the world that play great hockey, but you won’t find a way to win playoff hockey without a great goaltender. Obviously, we have that.”

Crow had a great game last night, perhaps his best of the playoffs. I was waiting for his ubiquitous "blonde goal" that he gives up every game, but it never materialized. But, on the other hand, we didn't get any of this:

Edit: Best part is at 7:30.

Yep. Other than Roy he may be the goalie with the most fights in the modern era (just off the top of my head).

Is = present tense

Was= past tense

He was good enough last year and so he has a ring. That doesn't mean he's good enough this year. The Blackhawks might not even make it to the finals if he's not good enough.

First of all.....I don't get why its being reported that Quick bumped Crawford and then Quick shook his gloves. If you look around the web thats what is said.

1) Crawford initiates by getting in his way. Quick doesn't back down so its a bump
2) Then Crawford shakes his gloves and loosens them, he was ready. He was the instigator, and it was Crawford that wanted to fight for the way Quick went after Shaw.

This makes no sense for Quick to fight. Thats a good deal for us....Crawford looks like the bigger man and its a chance to bury the Kings. In our case I think we would be ok, its worth the risk....Crawford would love that.

How is their back-up? I love that Crawford tried, anything you can do to get a series win...if they fight I hope he breaks his jaw and concusses his dumb ass for getting baited into a lose lose situation, **** you quick

That was a great thing that Crawford did at the end of the period. It sure beat the head down crap he was doing in games 2-4. Shows balls.
