So are the Stones the blowjob? Or the BBQ?
uh I have 18 guitars in my house- my dad's been playing for over 40 years n is a fantastic player . I grew up with stones and everything in between. Hell, just finished Keith's biography a year ago, absolutely awesome . Shit, for being 59 years old; my dad was pretty in with the scene. We found first print Stooges albums in his vinyl collection and a Magggotbrain album lol.How so? Daft Punk with their slick, funky house > old farts playing guitars.
And I'm an old fart who has played guitar for 24 years, so don't even think about going the "you don't get real music" route ....
Bobby Keys be killin it here Live version. Can 2 guitarists be more in sync?
Stones may be old now but idk how you can say daft punk is better than them.
What did you think? I heard it was absolutely awesome.
I have 19 guitars in MY house, so my musical opinion trumps yours. My dad regularly dropped acid, went to Woodstock, and played bass in The Chocolate Watchband, too.
Good to hear. I was afraid that if you hadn't found it absolutely awesome, I would be forced to question your musical acumen.
In fairness, I only have 6 guitars.
I don't understand any of your posts at CCS...its like you are trying to go along with the joke, but you don't understand the joke, and you always proactively make yourself the butt of the joke even when you weren't even initially involved.
Of course its on me. I would hope that you would understand your own posts. Sheesh.
According to Roger Waters, Barrett came into what was to be their last practice session with a new song he had dubbed "Have You Got It Yet?". The song seemed simple enough when he first presented it, but it soon became impossibly difficult to learn and they eventually realised that while they were practising it, Barrett kept changing the arrangement. He would then play it again, with the arbitrary changes, and sing "Have you got it yet?". Eventually they realised they never would and that they were simply bearing the brunt of Barrett's idiosyncratic sense of humour.
Who's on top, you or FT?
