They'd still have been the worst in the draft race. At least now the Cubs aren't in last place hehe.

When your team as bad of Cubs might as well have worst record to get top pick lol

Will update this better tomorrow when all teams are in action. Cubs are percentage points ahead of Baltimore and now have the third-worst record in the league. Kind of annoying since Houston actually won tonight

The Cubs will probably get the 3rd pick. It really doesn't matter where Baltimore ends up picking all of their top prospects end up failing in the majors (Chris Tillman, Zach Britton, Brian Matusz, etc.)

Yeah, I think the general feel is next year's draft class isn't that deep so as long as the Cubs get a top 5 pick and don't fuck it up, I'm content.

Ah, this is the part of the season where after positioning themselves for a top pick, the Cubs play their way out of the top 5 to give the fans some false hope for next season

1. Houston .333
2. Baltimore .402
3. Cubs .414
4. San Diego .423
5. Kansas City .427

Impeccable timing as usual from our heroes.
