Brenly's always annoyed at something. I think this one didn't matter all that much though. Nobody was touching Bumgarner.

Im not saying it mattered today or even this year. BUT if Quade some how does keep his job he needs to change some things. He has done some bad things this year and personally i pray he not the manager next year

I'm fairly certain whoever the new GM is will weigh stuff like that. If the Cubs plan to contend, Quade's gone. If they rebuild, Quade might stick out his contract. Might as well get used to it, all managers do dumb shit, even the ones who will eventually go into the HOF. In this case it wasn't really all that dumb to me. This team sucks and pinch-hitting for the pitcher at that time wasn't going to guarantee you a comeback rally anyway.
