Kinda sucks after 7 years we /they dont get to experience the excitement of them clinching after a win or game ..

Hopefully we get to experience a couple clinchers later

Who would have thought a year ago that we would be playoff bound this year?

Save it for another time.

You fans made it
It is interesting. KB was banned from CCS and the Cubs are in the playoffs the same year. Perhaps "we" have more to do with on the field success than I thought. /green

I DVR the game today cause i couldn't watch, i did it to see what they would do afterwards to celebrate going to playoffs. .

Watching the celebration got me thinking ...
84, 89, 98, 03, 07,08
Did the clinch a playoff at home in any of those years ? I cant remember. .
I ask because im looking at how small and dark that locker room is, and dont recall ever really seeing a celebration inside there..

Notice the reporters and camera people looking cramped and all..lol

Definitely did in 2008 vs. STL, Wood on the mound, fly ball to I believe center, I can still picture Reed Johnson showering fans in champagne.

Did in 03 too. Double header sweep against the Pirates.
