I don’t know about blowing it up but I would definitely like to see Hoerner start at 2nd base next year from day 1 and see Alzolay in the rotation and try like hell and trade Russell and heyward and possibly Almora between the trade deadline this year and the off season and sign a free agent outfielder/leadoff in the off season. Also I think they should absolutely call up robel Garcia in the next few days and let him play 2nd base for a week straight and see if he is worth keeping

He is playing RF today. He might get a call honestly. They are looking at his versatility as a bench player. I would temper the starting bit.
