True. I mean Sam Fuld's comments definitely solidified that. Jaramillo supports the Cubs batting stigma but doesn't fit the current mold of MLB unfortunately.

I think Jaramillo has done some good for the Cubs. I think he does well at teaching hitting, but I think this organization has to make a commitment to value patience before we see a change in this team's approach. Until then this offense is going to be inconsistent.

Would've been nice to say we took 3 of 4 from Milwaukee and then 2 of 3 from the Yankees...instead I'm just sad again.

Eh 4-3 against those teams isn't all that bad. Had you been told you could go above 500 this week I bet you would have taken it on Monday.

Especially with the current set of players. I mean yesterday we started Reed Johnson, DJ LeMehiusuiou, and Montanez, and threw three pitchers that probably aren't MLB material.

If this team wasn't 12 or 13 games under 500 I would have gladly taken it, but unforunately the season has gotten past late for these guys to show up.
