I think I would rather just move Dewitt down to 8th and moving everyone else up a spot and call it a day. But either option would be better than having Dewitt guaranteed an at bat in the first inning.

This shows why Cubs have to go out and spend big on Fielder or Pujols to become a 3 hole hitter. Every good team has a great 3 hole hitter
