I actually hope they re-sign him and keep him until he retires.

Yeah, I do to. Then again, I do not see this team being worth a shit for a number of years. Right now they are the dregs of the NFL by far and next year, I think that they will be as bad or worse. So, in that world, I hope he gets to an NFL team that he can help get to a Super Bowl.

You can't run him out there against a nice pass rush with a bad leg and no LT.

I can live with Jimmy for one more week, I can't watch 12 more weeks of him.

No legged Cutler> clausen

What he is saying is he doesn't want to take the chance of Cutler aggravating his leg against a good DL and possibly being out for the year and having to sit through Clausen for the entire year after that.

Moot point. Every player gets hurt, regardless of their status. Why can numerous other players play with a cast but not future hof Urlacher? Did you see his wrist get hurt? This is all stupid shit idiots make up because they hate Cutler. Cutler has thrown like 5 ints in a game and didn't come out. You trying to tell me that after his first incomplete pass of the game which happened to be an int, that he decided to fake an injury? Give me a break.

Not sure but I can tell you when it's a hamstring injury you will see them massaging it the minute players come off the field. Nothing in the video proves otherwise. Still the comparison of both players is not the same when one performs at a high level and has the respect around him and another who underperforms consistently. Cutler deserves all the scrutiny he gets - when you are the highest player on the team and in 10 years one playoff victory and has lead the league in turnovers or first or second year qbs have outperform him , you are 1-12 against the packers - and allot of that is your fault - sorry bro he gets what he gets. Two years ago I believe he was the highest rated 4th qtr qb but did you know he threw only like 3 tds or close to in total in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Nevertheless I disagree with you.

I sure as hell hope the Bears are smart enough not to rush Cutler back this week.
We all saw how well that went vs. detroit after his groin pull.

IF Cutler comes back, and IF he is hobbled enough to get whacked again and is out for an extended period... I can just imagine the bears passing on a qb under the premise of "lets wait and see if Cutler can "get it".

I was very much looking at this year as the deciding season for Cutler one way or the other, and it will be intolerable to go in to 2016 saying the same thing we have been saying for 4 solid years.

Cutler cares about winning and he doesn't fake injuries.

But if there is one are where Cutler DOESN'T CARE... it's about what fans, media, Stephen A, etc say about him. He probably laughs his ass off with his buddies which include AARON RODGERS, Brian Urlacher, etc whenever people make an emotional outburst about him.

Criticize him for his play, yes he deserves it. Accuse him of faking injuries, you're an idiot. Are you saying his injuries deserve to be questioned?

i am, yes... any athlete who "may have" strained a muscle would head straight to the trainer's table for a manual assessment. after that they MAY take him into the locker room, but only for further treatment not available on the sidelines.

what is dubious indeed is the bee-line for the locker room before the half and then never come back out?

yeah, me and others (at least some others) question the legitimacy of his injuries, this one in particular.

and he made the bee-line, in my opinion (yes, it's my opinion and suspicion), because he wanted to run and hide after F-ing up YET AGAIN, which explains why he never came back to the sideline to be with his teammates.

either that, or they said hamstring when it was actually a concussion in order to hide it and keep the concussion protocol folks away from him.

Then you, and some others are idiots in my book. Nothing more to discuss with you.

Put this shit to bed! That concussion shit isn't only protocol, it's NFL law for the next kazillion years. And NO FUCKING FRANCHISE is going to be willing to take the chance on fines and, future multi-million dollar lawsuits, in order to win an extra game or two.

This comes across as a bias without any merit.

Cutler isn't faking an injury. When he went down it is clear that he held his thigh so he was hurt. Cutler has a lot of things negative about him, but being chicken and a faker is not one of them. He has guts.

My goodness. If Clausen starts instead of Fales, I expect a revolution in the stands if that happens.
