I would assume so since he's never played in the NFL, but not sure on if there is any CFL player stipulations.

Interesting to hear that bears are calling about safeties. Also Williams is the first person I'm disappointed seeing cut I hope he makes it to the PS.

And btw spur lock is a very very solid Returner. He's had 5 return TDS in his career.

Out of him, Hurst, and that 3 named guy al-Louis jean, who I hope would make it over Hayden.. if not you'll have at least 1 if not 2 making the practice squad.

Not sure what you mean.
Unless you are saying Mills will not start game 1, they would be cutting a unproven swing tackle. So another team would have to value someone they haven't seen play or practice for someone they have had learning their playbook all off season. Not a big risk. I guess we will know in another week and a half.
