Wow, Cowboys cut Bo Scarborough.

So to me that makes it look less likely Howard being the player to be named later in the Mack trade

I never really thought it would be Howard but i sure as hell hope not. I get it that RB's aren't hard to find and that a RB that's a great pass catcher works better in a Nagy offense but Howard is a top 7 runner in the NFL and i do believe if given the chance this year his hands would of been better with all the work he put in this offseason.

Why would anybody in their right mind think J.Howard was ever going to be apart of that deal? The Bears are already giving up the most 1st rd picks in NFL history for somebody who isn't a quarterback, so let's further sweeten an already record breaking deal by getting rid of your best offensive player and pro-bowl RB? Absurd.

#Bears have informed RB Ryan Nall he will be placed on waivers. Would be strong candidate to re-sign to practice squad provided he clears.

There is still some super bums that are obviously getting cut. Players like John Franklin and such.

Wonder if they keep the LS rookie from Oregon and cut Scales

I think Mizzell doesnt qualify for the PS and consequently if it's RB #5 on the depth chart.....No wonder they are trying to get Nall thru waivers.

Maybe the Mack shocker will freeze the Brains of GMs leaguewide and allow Nall to get signed by us

Im not an expert on either of these guys but I remember the announcers saying that Mizzeli has special teams experience and Nall was trying to get up to speed on the third phase.


If its close bewteen backups then special teams is the deciding factor. See Josh Bellamy

Yup. if the deal isn't finished by the end of cuts, just see what we kept extra of and we may get a clue.
