I should have written that as saying "However, that doesn't mean he always knows what he's talking about." As to whether or not fans are idiots for rooting for their arch-rival on to a loss, he happens to be wrong. History, present sentiment, and sportsmanship bear that out.

Uhh Dan, even the biggest meatballs know the Bears suck. Who are you arguing with? He's like a political pundit who states these things that nobody is even arguing.
Laughing at the Packers loss has nothing to do with the Bears. My friend is a Broncos fan and still thought it was funny. And I'm sure every single member of "Seattle Nation" thought it was fucking hilarious.
He calls the Packers a "model" that obviously the Bears should follow. That "model" is having the best QB in the game right now and even that's not enough to get it done. I'd rather go with the Seattle "model."

Its called playing the odds. If you define success as winning the SB or even making the playoffs consistently, almost every regime in the NFL is a failure.
