I'm not going to read through 17 pages but I'll just give my opinion if anybody cares to hear it.

Kobe Bryant was an idiot to use that word knowing that it's a nationally televised game. The guy was throwing a hissy fit like he has always done since he came in the league so he should realize that when he, of all people, starting hurling towels and yelling then cameras are all going to be pointing in his direction.

I don't use the word "***" or "****ot" as an insult. It's just in extremely poor taste to do that. And David Stern has the right to fine the guy for it, and he should, as much as I dislike a lot of the things he does.

Let's use common sense here, people. If you were calling people **** in your work place, or place of business, you would be lucky not to get fired. Guaranteed contracts and the union makes that impossible to happen in the NBA. Bryant was fined. That's not that big of a deal. 100 G's was way too much money but oh well. I am not going to cry for him.
