Maybe this is a better process - Piss off your previous employer...
Rise reasoning:
Bears hire a coach. “I see no reason to be excited.”
Bears interview a candidate but someone else hires him. “Deer Sweet Jesus, the sky is falling!! That guy I know nothing about must be the best coach in the world because the Bears missed out on him!”
I literally said no one knows about these coaches. I don't know the coaches details, I don't no the process details. I don't have shit clue if anyone from HC down will be legendary or shit. No one on here does, hell no one at Halas Hall knows how it will turn out.You chill out. People are allowed to question things. Nobody is saying the sky is falling. So damn sensitive, are you a cheer leader?
Also nobody is acting like they know the coaches except people like you. It goes both ways why are you so positive about people you don’t know? That’s equally as weird as being negative.

I have no idea how someone gets their panties in such a wad over someone they had never heard of 2 days ago.
Your family may need to consider an intervention.
For this part specifically, I’m sure the Bears decided he wasn’t in the running. As soon as another team offered, I’m sure his agent called the Bears and discussed the situation (unless they had previously notified him). I doubt they were blindsided by the move or anything. They probably feel one of the others will do the job for them. Why they’re taking this time to pick someone? Who knows… but it should be over soon enough.I just pointed out that one of the 4 they interviewed is now gone, to a team who just had their last guy promoted mind you.
I think you came off a little differently originally. It seemed doom n gloomy but it’s hard to judge on a message board.Everyone please stop posting any questioning opinions about coaches or how the process of filling out the staff is going unless you’re Ryan Poles. You just aren’t qualified.
You’re allowed to blindly be excited about the moves and progress. However, if you dare question how it’s going in anyway you need a family intervention.

I’m pretty sure we are all just hoping for the best but we all know the Bears track record.
Well, I’m not saying you can’t have thoughts. We’ll likely never know one way or another anyway. As others have let it be known we know nothing so we can’t have any thoughts or opinions on the matter. I’m sorry unless you work for the Bears and are in depth with the hirings you can’t speak on such matters.
This goes for every aspect of the NFL by the way. Do no question a call you aren’t a ref or a coach. Do not question a draft pick, do not question anything just obey!

This was posted 17 days ago (Jan 16). Roushar interviewed with the Bears this past Friday, Feb 1. I don't believe this post has anything to do with Roushar staying at TulaneYeah, I'm not surprised. I just go back to looking at his age and how long he has been in the New Orleans area and it started to not add up to me.
One Ben Johnson coaching staff idea that is not as crazy as it sounds
As Ben Johnson builds his coaching staff with the Chicago Bears, one idea is the pair him with a former NFL head coach who has a connection to Dennis Allen.email.fansided.com
