Had to stop reading a few pages back, but WTF is with people getting all bent about an OL or DL coach which they have never heard of before? FFS the Bears got their choice 1A at HC, their choice 1A at DC and their choice 1A or 1B depending on what you read at OC.
No one knows enough about Declan Doyle to be emotional either way let alone some whats his name assistant coach.

One year with a shitbag waldron scheme.
He did great work with kmet in 2022 and 2023 when kmet was a top 10 TE in the NFL
I feel like a lot of the issue with Tight End/Kmet last year was scheme, because he was open last year a good bit. Waldron's scheme just does not make the tight end a priority which is sad.
