I'm yet to see conclusive, scientific, irrefutable evidence that a human being has ever been outside of Earth's magnetic field. Nor have I seen conclusive, scientific, irrefutable evidence that we have not been there for sure.

What I find disturbing is the fact a cellphone today has more power than what they had to send Man to the Moon. By now, shouldnt we have gotten to, or at least really close to attempting a journey to Mars? Wtf has Nasa been doing since then aside improving how to take a shit in space?

we cant even get out of low earth orbit... its a fucking disgrace. NASA needs more funding.

Yeah, more funding would be great. If I recall correctly, a modern cellphone has more computing than the entire lunar lander... thats so sad lol. But is it just me or does the overall opinion/enthusiasm to explore space seem to have falter? It just dont seem like it has that same energy it did when I was growing up.
