Hopefully. Anyways I hope for the best.. if the Bulls want a deep playoff run, they need him, despite what half of this forum says.

Tonight you'll likely see how bad this team is without offense as Rose and Gasol will not be on the floor.
WTF Gasol is out too? We're doooooooomed! :kermit:

He's got an illness (my guess is the flu) Reporters said he was dismissed from morning shoot around and they say him leave, get in his car, and drive away.

I guess not terribly surprising given Kirk was out a couple games with illness and Taj missed the last game because of illness too. Something's going around.

Yeah. Oh well.

Btw since the All-Star break we're 0-2 vs under .500 teams and 2-0 vs over .500 teams. Our stupid trends are continuing. Tonight is another under .500 team.

I've already predicted a loss because losing to a garbage team like Minnesota is exactly what this team does.

Soooo schedule
Minnesota - L
LA Clippers - W
Washington - W
OKC - W
@ Indiana - L
@ San Antonio - W
Memphis - W
@ Philadelphia - L
@ Charlotte - L
@ OKC - W
Indiana - L
Toronto - W
@ Detroit - L
Charlotte - L
@ Toronto - W
NYK - L
@ Milwaukee - W
Detroit - L
@ Cleveland - W
@ Orlando - L
@ Miami - L

11-13 to finish the season. Eek.

But by this logic, we should go 16-0 in the playoffs.

Between that last Noah quote, and not signing anybody, they are not messing around this time. He's back no later than 6 weeks.

So the surgery lasted "roughly 10 minutes" and rose is "pain free" according to K.C. Johnson.

The way they're talking about it, it seems like he could be back in 2 weeks haha.

Foreman said Rose will "be on the floor" in a week. I'm guessing that means his physical therapy starts then?

He said he'll be working out tomorrow already.

Rose will be back by the Bucks game on 04/01 (he'd better because I'm going).

Per K.C. Johnson:

Source close to Rose says Rose is "absolutely on board" with returning to play this season and Rose "expects to be fine." Depends on rehab.

Yeah, doesn't matter what Rose thinks. Team wants him back. And they're putting it out there for him to hear and for all the fans to expect him back. If Rose doesn't come back, he's done as it will be a massive massive massive PR nightmare for him and the team will look good. They aren't fucking around anymore.

Rose has completely followed the lead of the Bulls for these last two meniscus surgeries.

The only one that's debatable with some fans is his acl surgery from a few years ago. Whether he returned or not for the playoffs that season, we were gonna lose regardless. So basically, the first return didn't bother me at all.

Presently, nobody should be criticizing the guy. Especially if he's been playing most of the season with his knee re-torn.

Artest returned from this same surgery after I believe 15 days so it is possible for a real quick recovery. It all depends on the player. Considering it is Rose, expect him gone the FULL 6 weeks.

I've supported this kid from day 1 on everything. But with that said, if he does not come back this year after being cleared to play, I am done supporting him. Period. It will tell me exactly what his true competitive nature is.

I think he'll be chased out of town at that point...Which in NBA reality means he's just not going to be re-signed after 2016-17.

It's to the point now for me if he comes back and can do something, great. But I play with the belief that he's not coming back this year and if he comes back healthy next year he won't play the full season. It's a fools gamble to count on him, better to expect nothing and in 5 years look back as having thought negatively and been proven wrong.
