Derrick Rose's Chinese Brother - Jeremy Lin!

I'm sure by now you've all heard of the NBA's version of Tebowmania aka Jeremy Lin. Linsanity is sweeping the nation. This dude is the Chinese Derrick Rose. At 6-3 with a crazy first step, a sick handle, and legit hops, he makes Derrick Rose (6-1, short arms) look obsolete as the PG of the Future. Heck, Lin makes Ricky Rubio look like Paulina Rubio.

I am a huge Bulls fan, and D-Rose is my favorite player by far. But I have to say, good thing the Bulls played the Knicks before Linsanity started to take over. Derrick Rose would get his lunch taken head-2-head against Linsanity. I fear for Derrick's street cred when he gets crossed over and dunked on like John Wall.

There is no reason to hate on Jeremy Lin. He's stringing together a few good performances.

Jeremy Lin has shown his stuff out there and he's been playing fantastic basketball for the Knicks, but come on...Derrick Rose would destroy him even now when he's injured. DRose owns DWill and Wall all the time too. I think Lin would still put up decent numbers if they played the Bulls tomorrow or whatever, but we'd still get the win.


That being said...mad props to Jeremy Lin. He's the bomb diggity. xD

Damn I feel like I insulted Jeremy Lin by calling him the Chinese Derrick Rose. In actuality, D-Rose is the African-American Jeremy Lin.

The dude can drive like D-Rose, shoot like Deng, pass like Nash. He also has freakishly long arms for a PG. Knicks are paying $40M between Melo and STAT, but all they need is Lin and a bunch of spare parts to win 4 games in a row.

If and when Carmelo and Amare come back, damn look out. We will have our hands full in the east, between the Heat, 76ers, Pacers, Hawks and now Knicks. It's gonna be a race to the finish for the ECF.
