Developing opinions without information is the definition of ignorance.
All true but if you say Tenant is the best I've seen, there's nothing wrong with that. Like most things, there's a gray area here. When do we have enough info because it's rare to have it all and who decides what's enough? There's a lot more here than Dez Clark got arrested. When this goes to court, if it does, I doubt the judge will have all the facts and ignore others like the racism the kid may see in school from other students. He'll have both side's rationalizations thereof.
If you mean, I like Dez so he's right or kids do this to their parents all the time so he's wrong, you have a point but deriving an opinion like he shouldn't have been arrested or he and/or his wife should have used more composure are not invalid.
