If/When Ben Johnson leaves Detroit and takes a HC gig, it sure as **** won't be with the Bears.
CCS and their pipe dreams.
If Ben leaves? Yes I’m sure he just wants to be an OC for the rest of his career even though he had interviewed for HC jobs last year lmao talk about dulusional

Moore literally got himself killed on a route and you say he "stopped everything".

Do you even really pay attention? Do you even know what you are looking at?

Because IF you did, I would think you would have noticed by now that Shithead Shane Waldron isn't using DJ Moore as a deep threat to stretch the field, but instead using him on shallow routes, end arounds, and a bunch of plays that make no damn sense, where the routes for Moore all run AWAY from Moore's strengths as a player...

Moore hasn't given up on shit. Instead he's got an absolute fucktard as an OC who doesn't know how to use him properly.

If he LITERALLY got killed why is he alive and well today?

Why would you believe that and what teams do you think he'd prefer to leave for that will have vacancies? The only ones I can buy any argument as being more appealing are the Eagles or Bengals.

1) I don't think he would choose to coach in the North, out of respect and the fact he would have many offers.
2) The Bears are just too damn cheap.
3) He would take one look at the Bears O-line and say, "No thanks". it will take 2-3 years to fix that train wreck.

I can buy No. 2.

Number 1 is nonsense though. You take the best situation you can get cause it may be your only opportunity to coach. That would be stupid. If he did poorly, the Lions would easily fire him. It's business. You don't get kindness points. I'd more readily accept he doesn't want to be in a tough division in the short term than being respectful. Jesus... players go to rivals all the time. Coaches should do the same. When we all change jobs, we will go to competing companies for the right opportunity. Loyalty is nonsense.

Number 3 is meh... if you're a good schemer, you can mask flaws. Also, look at Washington. They were horrible on the line last year and signed a couple guys and drafted a guy and now solid with a new OC. If that is a real reason to not take a job, then he's probably not that good of a coach.

Perfect play call! I think if the Bears had more of a pass threat at QB they wouldnt have bought the run so hard and made Caleb fumble the handoff.

DAMN!

1) He will go where he has the best chance of success. That would be Chicago (whether you like it or not), where he has a top tier QB prospect with a ton of weapons and a top defense waiting for him. If there isn't another vacancy available that comes close to the Bears, he isn't going to not take the Bears "out of respect for the North" - that's the real pipe dream.
2) This here might be your only hope of salvation, but the Bears aren't as cheap as you think; they just don't like giving up control. But they already did by bringing in Kevin Warren and Poles. So this is less than a factor now than it ever was in the Bears' history.
3) Kansas City had almost as shitty an O-line the year they lost the Super Bowl to Tampa. They fixed it all in one year.

Kansas city O-line was terrible because it was decimated by injuries, so your wrong on all accounts.
Thinking Chicago is his best chance for success is wishful thinking on your part. Poles has already established himself as not giving a **** for the O-line, and their current life expectancy for a HC is 3 years. I guess your forgetting Johnson already turned down Washington last year, and they are a better team than the Bears.

You can fix an OL in a season…well except for the Bears

It was a dumb call, the sort of thing you do when you’re ahead multiple scores and having fun.

But I do think it’s weird to basically be like, “We’ve been practicing it for weeks, but I didn’t think we’d actually do it!”

Look at both sentences you wrote.

The first one shows why the second one is silly.

It was decimated by injuries, but also not good enough. They replaced 2 players on the line the following year and it significantly improved.

And I know Washington won the game, but they have worse talent on both sides of the ball than the Bears. Which is why the Bears fans are pissed at the coaches, and by all accounts, the players as well.

Too bad the Bears don't have a reliable running back that can get you 1 yard on the goal line that then scored 2 minutes later in the very same game.

Outcoaching one's self. Eberflus does it all the time. Waldron did it on this play, and a few others. How about 2 straight running plays with Caleb on 2nd and 3rd down? Waldron is fucking bad. No wonder Eberflus liked him so much. Lol.

Damn, that troll is trolling hard these days. Don't take the bait y'all, it just encourages her. You know she's trolling because no one can be that stupid but still know how to spell. Not even Detroit fans.
