Shane Waldron seems like a guy who thinks hes smarter than he is and probably has an ego like Mike Martz when calling plays.

DJ Moore looks like he got paid and stopped...everything.

How long did we think a yards after catch guy was going to be WR1? So far it's like ARob all over again.
Lol wut? Yac guys can't be wr1? Since when?

Since his prison mate told him so whilst he was balls deep in BR
I've been away too long. I guess we hate yac guys now. Really can't keep up with this new NFL.

Also, I'm really confused by the arob comparison, because he was not a yac guy.

Most of the top WR's in the NFL are the leaders in YAC every year at the position.

Ceedee, St Brown, Justin Jefferson, Tyreek, Devante, Kupp, etc.

Arguably the second best wr in the NFL is the best yac guy in Jamar Chase. And then there's AJ Brown.

Waldron has been enjoying his credentials as another McVay disciple but the league is wisening up to that brittle, overrated coaching tree. His offense is trash, and he has no clue on how to groom a rookie or ease their transition into the NFL.

As for Eberflus, I was never a fan of his hiring to begin with. The fact that he enjoyed such a significant stint in post-Parcells Dallas, whose owner is all about entertainment and not football, should have been an indicator that he would lack the grit, intelligence, or character to be a head coach in this town. That was his longest coaching stint in the NFL -- he must have really loved that country club atmosphere.

Too bad the Bears don't have a reliable running back that can get you 1 yard on the goal line that then scored 2 minutes later in the very same game.

Outcoaching one's self. Eberflus does it all the time. Waldron did it on this play, and a few others. How about 2 straight running plays with Caleb on 2nd and 3rd down? Waldron is fucking bad. No wonder Eberflus liked him so much. Lol.
Or that 4th & inches call with a throw to Moore in press coverage when they just could have challenged the prior play. These coaches are clowns.

Why not just run a slant to Keenan Allen there or something? The horizontal shit is so fucking bad. Horizontal passing and screens are fine when you rarely use them, and when it's a clever play, but leaning on that shit is bad coaching.

There were two rough no challenges to me... that was one and I think it was an easy win to get some inches or a yard (maybe even a first). The other was the McLaurin catch later in the game over the middle. That wasn't a catch to me and not sure why Flus was so afraid to throw his red flag either time. At least we flew home with time outs.

DJ Moore should be getting double digit targets every week. He is averaging 6.

So yes and no. The Bears have one of the best WR/TE rooms in all of football so its going to be very hard for any player to get 10 targets. When you are running out DJ, Allen, Rome, Kemet and Swift (a very good receiving back) on almost every single play, its going to be really hard for anyone to get 10 targets; that would mean we are throwing 40-50+ times a game. Outside of maybe KC, no one is throwing that much.

If you give DJ 10 targets, who is then getting less?

LMAO, The Bears weren't looking of a HC last year, dumbass.

You were the one who said Ben Johnson wouldn't go to the Bears because he "Respects the Lions" too much.

Obviously you're wrong but you want to turn this into a thing where the job wasn't open last season.

That's fine. It'll be open this off season.

And Ben Johnson will be ours.

Enjoy him while you can. 🤣

“There were some who said that was the one he wanted,” Breer said.

Obvious my ass.
