Here are some teams not name the Bears that could boast the best WR room

Seahawks - DK, Locket, and JSN
Houston - Diggs, Collins, and Dell
Niners - Deebo, Aiyuk, and Pearsall

These teams are missing a 3rd WR, but are in the discussion

Miami - Tyreek and Waddle
Cincy - Chase and Higgins (if he stays)
Philly - Brown and Smith
Rams - Puka and Kupp
Vikings - Jefferson and Addison

If we count TE's as receivers, here are another few that are honorable mentions

Ravens - Andrews and Flowers
Chiefs - Kelce, Hollywood, Rice/Worthy
Lions - St. Brown and LaPorta

What does QB and OC have to do with evaluating the talent of a positional group?

Also, what teams would you suggest has the top WR room?
Exactly, the talent of the receivers is 100 percent independent of the QB and OC.

A poor OC and QB could hinder their production but they would still maintain their talent.

I was considering putting Cincy, San Fran and Houston over our group.

I'm reconsidering. We have two legit proven #1 WRs. Cincy only has one. I think Higgins has proven he's a 2 when Chase doesn't play.

San Fran has an argument, but I think Odunze is better than San Fran's WR3.

Houston also has a legit argument after the season Collins had and they added Diggs. Plus at this point Dell is more proven than Odunze, even if Rome has more upside.

it's close, but I wouldn't say we have the best yet. I'd say top 3.

The OP is laughing at arguably the best trio of WRs Chicago may have ever had? How can one not be enthusiast about this WR room and the fact they have a QB an incredibly high ceiling and an OC with actual play calling experience? I don't get some people some times.

Me personally, my chuckling would be done thinking about the OL. That to me is the big question mark for this team and can greatly impact the offense's success and Caleb's growth.
I'm excited about the WRs. I'm not crowning them the BEST in the NFL - that's hilarious.

IDK if it's the best, but it's close. On the past ranking/thread we saw the Bears were what...WR6 in the league? With the addition of Odunze IDK how we aren't in contention to have the best WR trio in the NFL. Who is better?

I want to wait to see what the rookie will do in year 1, but I have a lot of confidence Odunze will be able to put up good games if Allen or Moore need some time to recover from an injury. But presuming our guys stay healthy, my bar for success for Odunze is 500 yards and 5 TDs, and a solid body of work to improve upon in year 2. While I am not sure if our WRs are the top of the league, I am confident that our WRs are significantly better than the DBs they will be facing in divisional matchups.

Odunze has the body type to make big catches down the sidelines, but I want to see how he works in short and medium routes at the pro level where he has a DB on his hip. Allen is going to help him a lot, they have a lot of similar athletic traits and Allen really works at setting up his routes.

This division has some really good DBs, so he will be see some good challenges in his rookie year. I want to see a big TD against a division opponent. Moore is a top 10 WR in this league and Allen is going to get a lot of looks as a stud #2. Playing up to his potential gives us a top 5 unit

None, ultimately it's a judgment call, something to be argued but no black and white answer is possible to ascertain.
The reason no one will even attempt ANY tangible metric is because they don't really believe it.

What makes it hilarious though?

They have DJ Moore who had nearly 29% of the teams targets, nearly 30% of the teams receptions, and nearly 40% of the teams receiving yards. That had him ranked in the NFL at 16th in targets, 13th in receptions, and 6th in yards...all on a team that ranked 27th in passing attempts.

They added Allen who was a top ten receiver in those categories (he was 7 yards shy from 10th for yards) while missing 4 games.

And they just drafted Odunze who has the skill to be a really good WR.

So why would it be hilarious to consider them the best group in the NFL? Who would you consider the best?
