u can have all those hotrods boys.....this shits what us men drive
Sorry you don't know anything about cars. And you can gfy.
I agree...but that Cutlass isnt in the same league as that new Challenger Hellcat...The motor alone in that car would cost 30K to build at a speed shop..Plus, a Cutlass with a plain jane 350 wouldnt be considered a muscle car IMO
I'm at the point where people get mad at me because I WON'T race them. It is usually some idiot in some Civic that is lowered and smoking and sounds like it is about to blow up. V8 guys get pissed too. I really have no interest in racing your stock Corvette. People get pissed. I actually had someone in a C5 Vette pull up next to me (after doing flyby) and say "You aren't in the same class as me". I replied, "You are right, I make about 400 more horsepower than you".
My 1996 F350 crew cab 4x4 is a beast. 460 engine that helps it to get 9 mpg. It only has 92000 mi and is in very good shape. I've got a BOSS 8 foot plow for snow. I drive it less than 2000 mi a year. It' a tool. Same way I look at my V10 E350 van.get a truck honkies
That 350 rocket put out 300HP stock, while the less reliable 455 only produced a mere 50 HP extra. Yet, the 455 motor commands more $$ b/c it is considered a "muscle car" engine. For a mere few hundred bucks, you can drop in a high performance alternator in the 350 and add 30HP immediately.

Wish I was near GA, that original is a steal at 9K...they can keep the 8 tracks though.
Put an added 10K in a car like that, and for 20 grand you'll have something worth double the amount in 20 years and performs fairly close to that hellcat.
First off, bullshit downloadable reflashes are for people who are either dumb or cheap.
People who say "stage x" don't know shit about cars, obviously.
I've been building one off parts for people with too much money regardless if it floats, flies, or drives for quite some time.
Nobody cares about your VW.
The hellcat is a 10 second car (with radial drag tires), and I believe the most powerful muscle car ever made.. It has over 700HP..0-60 in 3.5 seconds..No Cutlass 350 performs like that...sorry

If someone wants a Cutlass to take the kids for ice cream on Sunday, thats fine..Just dont go comparing it to a 10 second rocketship on wheels..Watch what it does to a 1971 Challenger 426 hemi

I am amazed they were able to keep both Dodge's running long enough for a comparison.
lol..I have never owned a Dodge, so I cant comment..But I do remember my friends owning them back in the late 60's..They were good for one thing...Going Fast!
edit..I owned a 60 ..I bought it for 10 bucks..I had to put old stop signs in to repair the floor..It had a slant 6, and it ran forever..I drove that thing all over..I even took it from Chicago to Pittsburgh once for a music convention..

1,200 HP, and the owner drives it to work. That slant 6 was a pretty good motor, I think Buick may have used it as well...no balls but easy to maintain.
