That's true Fields generally wouldnt throw into triple coverage.. although he generally wouldn't throw it to wide open receivers half the time either..

You giving up on CW so soon? Jumping on the Bagent train yet?
No he just never gave up on Fields.

I never said that.

Now you are learning how actual trolls work. ;)

I dont notice Caleb throwing to "wide open" guys either, cause that doesnt happen in the NFL unless you play the 2018 bucs

I know you never said that, that's why I asked a question.. do you understand how questions work?

It only happens when there is a massive coverage breakdown like mitch in bucs 2018 game.

My biggest issue with fields was always having him letting it rip. But I also never saw justin throw it into triple coverage.

I expect caleb to develop into a great QB, but the first two weeks is pretty damn concerning. If they dont have the OL play better the bears may ruin another good prospect. He's already seeing ghosts.

I noticed Collinsworth demonstrated him holding the ball too long but it was a play action boot and Collinsworth with a straight face counted out while Caleb was executing the boot action.

See the ball should be gone by now, he says, just as Caleb reaches the launch point.

We need a data point where he hasn't been beaten half to death first but I don't believe he is.

Yeah it happens, but yeah Fields would not rip it when it was "NFL" open.

I expected much more from CW as well. His lack of accuracy is been a big concern. It's only 2 games so hopefully it's an anomaly and not Mitch 2.0

I mean, that's exactly how it looks right now. conversely I don't remember Fields having anyone to throw to his rookie year. he just ran for 1000 yards. I think the more glaring issue with Williams is his height. he's not exactly Drew Brees right now, but if he made it to like 50% Brees that would probably make him the best Bears quarterback ever, right?

I mean that’s roughly 40k yards right? Checks out to me.

Yeah I get it, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad

I was expecting some stupid rookie mistakes from him, but wasn't expecting a Mitch level of accuracy problems.

The quote is definitely fake though… that Twitter is not legit and what “scouts” are talking to those no-names about Caleb and suggesting they should’ve picked Jayden (who, so far, would also be a lateral move) when their focus needs to be on actually scouting college players?

In 2 weeks, he’s gone from “ELITE” and “Top-10”, to as good as Justin Fields who was traded for a conditional 4th.

It was - but that's not a bad thing - Justin is a monster talent and his arrow was pointed up in the second half of last year.

So many of his issues were actually Chicago issues because we've seen the same struggles from Caleb. Caleb is going to get right in the next few games and there shouldn't be any discussion of Daniels just because of his frame and the fact that he takes terrible hits.

Fields is special, Caleb is special - Caleb just has about 4 years to show it vs Justin who needed to show it this year.

Jayden Daniels would have been a "horizontal move".

He's legit at this point a 1 read and run QB, except he's not as talented a runner as fields. Maybe he develops but Williams at this point is handling much more responsibilities of being an NFL QB than any of the other rookies are.

The issue with williams that is concerning is the accuracy, he mentally already is way ahead of fields as far as processing, but that wont mean shit if he cant be consistent.

Yes just because he's sacked early on doesn't mean he's not holding it too long.
When a qb doesn’t hit the open receiver when they are open, he held the ball too long
