I don't think anyone expected the Bears to have only 3 wins and have a 5 game losing streak this point in the season, but I definitely wasn't expecting to hear reports that Flus is losing more than just games (lockerroom) and having the league's worst defense has brought about questions of the first year HC's mental competency.

This HITS stuff only went so far with ownership and Poles might be under pressure to get this thing corrected.

I hope they can keep Gesty, but will the next HC want to keep him around or be able to choose "his guys?"

He's not even the tiniest on the hot seat. lmao yes, many thought this was possible. I had them winning 4 and that was with QUinn for a half season and Smoth for the entire season.

its funny to think flus would be on the hot seat...he came to a team that needed to evaluate whether the qb is the future, very limited offensive weapons and an aging defense that was gutted by the trade deadline...what did people expect to happen?

as for his hits principle, winning will cure everything, i'm sure there are players that he's lost in the locker room simply because of this losing streak, flus will never admit to the talent disparity being a major reason.

No it became the expectation once we traded Quinn and Quan and the D went from giving up 18.9 points a game to 34.6 points a game. The D clearly went to shit.
