The 2 videos are short. The first 3-4 min capsulizes what Eberflus is saying. In this case, I don't want to spin and or add my opinion to what Eberflus is saying. I rather ppl draw their own conclusions straight from the 'horses mouth'.

Not troubling at all. He isn't crowning anyone. He isn't making preconceived notions. He gave a detailed description of his process to develop players. Folks have been raving about "developing" Fields. In fact, asking vague or loaded questions and then having people go meatball about the details of the answer is why Fields is wary and reserved with his responses now. After the over-dramatic crap with the speed of the game comment. Fields learned that lesson. Fans should too. Hell dumbasses on TTYL network had aneurisms about Mitch drinking fucking water during his pressers.

I just think he was trying to emphasize that he wants every player developed. Overthought his answer instead of simplifying. He should have discussed Fields and then closed with the team emphasis.
