No. Sterling himself said "I was in the box and he touched my leg so it's a penalty".

In other words he dived, as forwards are often encouraged to do if there's any contact in the box.

Soft penalty but they were the better team and would have gotten a decision on points were it a boxing match.

There are certain rules with penalty kicks. No stutter steps. No hesitation. Just fucking kick it accurately as hard as you can. Complete choke job by England

I may be biased because Arsenal is my EPL team, but I can't fault Saka on that pk. Manager shouldn't put a kid with no experience taking pks in the 5th spot. I felt bad for the kid. Rahsford on the other hand, idk what kinda attempt that was.
