Wrong. That movement could be a passed ball or a wild pitch or a wild throw on a bunt that wasn't fielded properly. A pitcher can come into the game in relief, put a man on base, get replaced by a different relief pitcher and that runner not score. That first relief pitcher had no effect on the won or the loss. Neutral move by both the manager and the player.

No one has yet provided an explanation as to how Maddon's shifts in TB won games when they had the highest unearned run average in the league, the lowest fielding percentage in the league, and the most fielding errors in the league.

what is maddons WAR lol? you have to have the product on the field. Tampa had some specs hit and also farmed some damn good YOUNG starting pitching.
