AC-130 "Spooky II" is the most recent variant of that.
They actually have a new J model, the Ghostrider, which is supposed to start phasing out all the older U/W model 130s

My favorite plane ever, and always spend a lot of time trying to hide boners caused by this thing whenever I go to the museum of Flight out here (http://www.museumofflight.org/Exhibits/blackbird awesome museum btw)
For fighter jets I always had a soft spot for the F4, thing just had that mean form/function ratio going on. And it just looked fast
For non-jets I always loved the Corsair. Something about that hitch in the wings makes it look badass
