Chargers reach one-year deal with RB Harris
lac.png
The Los Angeles Chargers reached an agreement with former Pittsburgh Steelersrunning back Najee Harris on a one-year deal worth up to $9.25 million, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday.

Harris, a first-round pick in 2021, topped 1,000 yards in each of his four seasons with the Steelers. A durable player, he started all 68 regular-season games during his tenure with the team. Harris, 27, was selected to the Pro Bowl after his rookie season when he racked up 1,200 rushing yards and added 467 receiving yards on 74 receptions. He also accounted for 10 touchdowns that season.

Despite rushing for more than 1,000 yards each season, Harris averaged just 3.9 yards per carry in his Steelers career

Saints create cap space with restructures

no.png
The New Orleans Saints restructured the contracts of offensive lineman Cesar Ruiz and defensive linemen Carl Granderson and Khalen Saunders.

The Saints turned part of Saunders' base salary and roster bonus into a signing bonus and added a 2029 void year, lowering his cap number from $4.6 million to $2.5 million. Granderson's new cap number is $6.482 million (down from $11.73 million). Ruiz's new cap number is $5.8 million (down from $12.25 million). The moves opened up at least $13.5 million in space. -- Katherine Terrell, Saints reporter

Wonder what happens with Hendrickson

Bengals will want too much. They seem like a very unreasonable organization. Seems like that needs to happen sooner than later right? Or teams will run outa space for him. Wonder if they run it back with him.

The Bears should kick the tires on Elijah Moore today. He would fill the need for a speedy slot. He’s never played in a situation with a stable QB and he’s only 24 years old.
